Shipping Policy: 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email with your order details. If you do not receive this information please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation at sev7encompany@gmail.com. Our products are shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.  

Refund Policy:

All sales are final; however, we take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Seven experience. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at sev7encompany@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

Please contact us at sev7encompany@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or complaint. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

THE FIRST TIME YOU BURN YOUR CANDLE BURN APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS OR UNTIL THE MELTED WAX REACHES THE EDGES ALL THE WAY AROUND THE VESSEL. 
This reduces chance of tunneling  
ALWAYS TRIM YOUR WICKS to 1/4” PRIOR TO EACH BURNING SESSION 
This preserves the life of your candle 
KEEP BURNING SESSIONS UNDER 4 HOURS AT A TIME. 
NEVER LEAVE LIT CANDLE UNATTENDED
