Our products are shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
All sales are final; however, we take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Seven experience. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at email@example.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
